Amendment to the Rules and Procedures of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners - offered by Commissioner Greene
Resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rules and Procedures of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners, as amended, are approved.

Background:

In March 1993, the County Board approved Rules and Procedures of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners (“Board Rules”). These rules were amended slightly in March 1996 pursuant to Resolution No. 96­3­111R2 and in 2018 pursuant to Resolution No. 18-0405R2.

 

This item proposes changes to the opportunity for the public to address the Board. The changes include:

 

  • Increasing opportunities to address the Board by adding Open Forum to County Board meeting - amending Section II(C)(6)(a)
