BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Minn. Stat. 626.19 a public hearing to obtain public comment on the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office draft policy regarding use, storage, reporting, retrieval and dissemination of images and data captured by unmanned aerial system (UAS) be held before the Public Safety Committee of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Hennepin County Commissioner Board Room A-2400 at the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 South Sixth Street, in the City of Minneapolis or, if necessary due to Covid-19, the public hearing may be conducted remotely as allowed under Minn. Stat. 13D.021.
