Qwest is a leading provider of telecommunications services. The county has contracted with Qwest for more than 15 years for critical telecommunication services including business phone lines, library phone lines, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Centrex, as well as Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), and cable connections.
