BE IT RESOLVED, that collectively bargained Agreement A2211266, between Hennepin County and Minnesota Public Employees Association, setting terms and conditions of employment for Sheriff’s Detention Deputies and Sheriff’s Telecommunicators’ bargaining unit during the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 be approved; and that Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the county. |

Negotiations have been completed with MNPEA, resulting in a written agreement covering terms and conditions of employment. The agreement covers approximately 230 employees for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024.
