BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, beginning at 3:00 p.m., or immediately following committee meetings, for the purpose of discussing business related to Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc., as authorized by Minn. Stat. § 383B.217, subd. 7. Because this is a closed session, the meeting will not be accessible to the public.
