BE IT RESOLVED, that Agreements A2211318 with the City of Greenfield in the receivable amount of $516,197.60, A2211319 with the City of Hanover in the receivable amount of $193,575.00 and A2211320 with the City of Medicine Lake in the receivable amount of $36,698.00 for the provision of Hennepin County Sheriff's Office patrol services during the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024, be approved; that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the county; and that the Controller be authorized to accept and disburse funds as directed. |

The Sheriff’s Office provides patrol services for the Cities of Greenfield, Hanover, and Medicine Lake on a contract basis. Agreements A2211318, A2211319, and A2211320 provide the terms of service from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024. The Sheriff’s Office established hourly rates for 2023 and 2024 to reflect expected costs, and the cities will be billed quarterly for these services.
Agreement A2211318 with the City of Greenfield - provides for 8 hours per day on average, for a total annual amount of $254,916.00 in 2023, and $261,281.60 in 2024.
Agreement A2211319 with the City of Hanover - provides for 3 hours per day on average, for a total annual amount of $95,594.00 in 2023, and $97,981.00 in 2024.
Agreement A2211320 with the City of Medicine Lake - provides 4 hours per week on average, for a total annual amount of $18,158.00 in 2023, and $18,540.00 in 2024. | |
