| | | | | | | | Background:
This request seeks approval for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms developer and administrator training and AEM consultancy services for Health & Human Services (HHS) Department IT developers. The training will be offered to IT developers, DHS/MN.IT and Enterprise IT. The training will be held on site and the agreement stipulates travel and accommodations are the vendor’s responsibility.
Proficiency in AEM forms development is critical to HHS in order to provide modern client/provider/partner facing forms that will work on any device. This will allow Hennepin County to eliminate manual form processing, saving FTEs. In order to execute the development and release of these solutions, administrative skills need to be acquired for supporting the infrastructure that this software will ride upon. For Enterprise IT, there are several projects that have been accepted by governance and identified as AEM Forms team backlog items. Those are all waiting on the environments and skillsets to become available to begin development.
This request has been reviewed and approved by the Office of the CIO. | |
