BE IT RESOLVED, that Amendment 3 to Agreement A121850 with TMG Health, Inc. to provide health claims processing and administrative services to Hennepin Health extending the end date through December 31, 2019, amending the Compensation and Commencement of Fees section and adding a new section for Recurring Fees be approved; the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Amendment on behalf of the County. |

Agreement A121850 with TMG Health, Inc. to process health claims and provide administrative services for Hennepin Health expires December 31, 2018.
Current request: Amendment 3 seeks approval to extend the end date through December 31, 2019, allowing time to negotiate in good faith a new contract that will address revised service level agreements and County's then-current health plan offerings. This amendment will not increase the amount the county compensates TMG for the services provided. | |
